We recognise that your privacy is very important to you and that it is your right to control your personal information. We know that providing personal information is an act of trust and we take that trust seriously.
MAILING LISTS & EMAIL COMMUNICATION
We host email lists for the use of email marketing communications for our Labels and Artists, via Mailchimp. These lists are built through direct, opted-in email sign-ups via Label and Artist websites and platforms, and via product purchases via Bandcamp where permission is given by the purchaser.
We may use email information in line with advertising platforms in order to tailor advertising communications about Eklero Labels or Artists only to specific profiles, and only where an email address has been provided in order to receive information about that Label or Artist specifically.
We include Unsubscribe and Preference Review options on all our email marketing as standard, and you are free to update or remove your information from our databases at any time via these methods.

Eklero has implemented technology and security features, as well as strict internal guidelines, to safeguard the privacy of your personal information from unauthorized access or improper use. We employ SSL encryption to secure your personal data and payment information. We will continue to enhance our security procedures as new technology becomes available. While we make every effort to ensure that your information is secure on our system, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, we cannot guarantee the security of any information you transmit to us, and you do so at your own risk.
